Congratulations on your short sale listing. Now what? Now, reach out to Short Sale Services and we will take care of everything. We will contact your seller, explain the process, answer all their questions, begin working with them on the lender specific documents and when all complete, submit the documents to the lender(s). We will check title and deal with any other liens on title. When there is a contract, we will prepare the HUD and submit it to the lender. We are paid by the lender. No fees to buyer, seller or real estate agent. No need to note in the MLS that there is a 'Buyer's premium." You will receive weekly updates and once approved, you can close with whatever title company you or the buyer chose.

A short sale is a foreclosure alternative and one that is much better for you and your family. If you owe the lender more than the property is worth, a short sale usually the best way to proceed. We will negotiate with your lender(s) with the goal of having them take less than is owed so you can sell your property and move on from the loan. We will work with other liens with the hope that you will walk away without owing any money. All of our fees are paid by the lender. Thus, you will not have to pay us for our efforts in negotiating with your lender
